Why Latex? -

Three Critical Steps in Manufacturing Ergolatex:
Core Manufacturing
In the initial manufacturing phase latex rubber is composed of minute rubber particles dispersed in water. The liquid is whipped into foam, weighed and placed into an aluminum mold by a mechanical robot. While in the mold, thousands of core pins freeze the cell structure and then cure the rubber by heating it. Through this unique process our Ergolatex foam mattresses get their pin-core construction and superior cell structure which provides ventilation and insulation. Thus you are cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
Washing and Drying
After the wet foam mattress is stripped out of the mold, it is delivered to the washing unit. Four banks of weirs then pour hundreds of gallons of cleansing water per minute over each core. High pressure rollers squeeze each core to flush away any residual soap and bring each core to a semi-dry state. The washed cores are then steam-heated with circulating pressure to make sure optimum drying conditions are maintained. This phase gives the mattress its longevity and provides for continuous comfort.
Ultimate support! Ultimate luxury! Imagine every part of your body supported in perfect balance! Ergolatex provides a perfect sleep surface because it responds naturally to your body's shape. Additionally, as most of your weight is centrally concentrated, the Ergolatex mattress has a unique inner core of higher density latex for the extra support your back needs. Ergolatex conforms naturally to your body's shape, providing superior support without creating areas of high pressure that cause you to toss and turn. The latex mattress never needs to be turned or flipped.
